Our Retreat in Tuscany is a "Heart Opening""Retreat. When we speak of the heart, we mean the whole heart, fully developed loving energy coming from the center of your whole being. Very seat of your soul. Our aim is to connect each and everyone to the loving energy that flows from within and from without, to all reality. It is what carries the soul beyond the state of physical to the realm of eternal.
Our Hotel & Grounds
Montebelli Resort is a holistic resort in the Tuscan Maremma but also a four-star hotel dedicated to mindfulness.
Located in Tuscany, it offers the opportunity to have a holistic experience that allows you to get away from the frenzy of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature.,With its unique comforts, such as the 102-hectare organic estate, vineyard and the spa, the Montebelli Resort is perfect for relaxation and mindfulness practices.

General outline of your day is as follows:
7:00-9:00am: Sunrise Yoga & Meditation
9:00-10:00 am: Breakfast
10:00am-1:00pm: Relaxation, massages, pool
1:00-2:00pm: Lunch
2:00pm-5:00pm: Daily Activities
5:30-7:30pm: Afternoon Session

The closest and most convenient airports are those in Rome ( Ciampino or Fiumicino ) are about 200km ( 2 and a half hours by car ) from the hotel or smaller the one in Pisa is about 130km ( 1 and a quarter hours by car )
